Silent Yuppie creates and publishes independent games and interactive software. This Privacy Policy explains how our games handle information and data.

Silent Yuppie games may differ in the features they provide.

Whack THE Mole does not require users to create an account and does not collect or share personal data.

Gameplay information such as progress, lives, unlocked levels, settings and high scores may be stored locally on the user's device. This information is not transmitted to Silent Yuppie.

Other Silent Yuppie titles may use different features or services. Where this applies, the relevant game or store listing will explain any additional data use.

2. In-App Purchases

Some Silent Yuppie games may offer optional in-app purchases.

Purchases are processed by the platform provider, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store.

Silent Yuppie does not receive or store users' payment card or banking details.

Platform providers may process purchase and transaction information according to their own privacy policies.

3. Third-Party Services

Our games may rely on platform services provided by Apple, Google or other technology providers for functions such as app distribution, purchases or operating-system features.

Any information processed directly by those services is governed by the privacy policy of the relevant provider.

Where a game has an age rating or target audience restriction, this will be shown on the relevant app store listing.

For games that only store gameplay information locally on the device, Silent Yuppie does not retain that information on its own systems.

Users can generally remove locally stored game data by deleting the app or clearing the app's storage.

Silent Yuppie does not sell personal information.

Whack THE Mole does not share user data with third parties.
