READY can access information from Apple Health through Apple HealthKit when you explicitly grant permission.

READY only requests access to HealthKit data required to provide features within the app.

We aim to minimise the amount of personal information shared with service providers and use it only where necessary for legitimate application functionality.

READY is designed so that each athlete’s account and associated information is kept separate from other users.

Access controls are used to prevent one user from accessing another user’s personal training or health information.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information processed through READY.

Removing READY’s HealthKit access prevents READY from receiving new information from the categories you disable.

Removing an external integration can similarly prevent READY from receiving new information from that service.

Deletion requests will be processed subject to any information we are legally required to retain.

Readiness scores, recovery information and AI-generated analysis are informational and should not replace advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are used where required by applicable data-protection law.
